Saint Peter's Church | Normandy, Saint Louis County, Missouri

 

Originally called Concordia Congregation of Central Township, this congregation was developed and supported by St. Peter's Church in St. Louis on St. Peter's Cemetery grounds on Lucas and Hunt Road near St. Charles Rock Road. The congregation later changed its name to St. Peter's and is sometimes known as "Little St. Peter's Church." In 1939 a new church building was constructed across the street from the cemetery at St. Louis Avenue. Early records of the congregation are not known to exist.
