Milton Avenue Reformed Church was founded as Zion Reformed Church in 1849 and took the name Milton Avenue Reformed Church when it moved to Milton Ave. and Hoertz St. in 1907. In 1946, the congregation merged with Zion and Faith to form Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church, now Zion United Church of Christ located at 1310 E.
