After Hours Family Campout Held at Eureka Hills Branch
The Eureka Hills Branch of the St. Louis County Library will host an After Hours Family Campout on Friday, August 23, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. This free event will feature hands-on experiences celebrating the great outdoors including interactive exhibits from local organizations, visits with animals, a performance from Celia Rocks, refreshments, a scavenger hunt, selfie stations, and more! The Eureka Hills Branch is located at 500 Workman Rd. in Eureka, MO. The event is free and open to the public, registration is not required.

Creative Wisdom
Creative Wisdom is a free 8-week course that teaches memoir writing or watercolor to adults ages 55 and older. Classes will be held at the Oak Bend and Thornhill branches. Participants will receive all required art supplies and an opportunity to showcase completed artwork at the branch. Participants will be chosen by lottery and must attend every session in order to be eligible. Applications will be accepted August 11-18, 2024.

After School Meals Offered During 2024-25 School Year
St. Louis County Library and Operation Food Search are teaming up to provide after school meals to children at 4 SLCL branches starting August 19, 2024. Participating branches will serve a healthy, light meal along with activities for kids and teens Monday–Friday during the school year.
