St. Louis County Library and Operation Food Search will provide lunches to children this summer at nine SLCL locations starting on June 3, 2024. Participating branches will offer a nutritious lunch along with activities for kids from 12:00–1:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Meals will be available free of charge for children ages 18 and under. Pizza will be provided on Fridays. Additional details are available at www.slcl.org/summer-lunches.

St. Louis County Library Foundation’s Favorite Author Series and The Novel Neighbor present bestselling novelist Katherine Center for a discussion and signing of her new novel “The Rom-Commers.” The event will take place on Wednesday, June 12 at 7:00 p.m. at the Clark Family Branch, 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63131. The program is free and open to the public. Books will be available for purchase at the event from The Novel Neighbor.

Free SLSO Community Concert

Join us for a free concert on June 24 with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra featuring Cally Banham, oboe and English horn, and a woodwind quintet to help celebrate the opening of the new Clark Family Branch. Seating is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is requested.
