St. Louis County Library and the JCC of St. Louis are pleased to host an SLCL Authors @ the J event with bestselling historical fiction author Martha Hall Kelly, author of “The Golden Doves.”

St. Louis County Library Foundation has received a $150,000 donation from Great Southern Bank to sponsor a new St. Louis County Library (SLCL) bookmobile. This generous donation will fund a state-of-the-art mobile unit that will hit the road in the second half of 2024.

St. Louis County Library Foundation’s Westfall Politics & History Series presents #1 bestselling historian and author of “Killers of the Flower Moon” David Grann for a discussion and signing of “The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny, and Murder.”

St. Louis County Library Foundation’s Reading Garden Series for Young Audiences is pleased to present middle-grade fiction author Dusti Bowling for a discussion of “Across the Desert.”

St. Louis County Library Foundation’s Westfall Politics & History Series presents Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award-winning historian Timothy Egan for a discussion of his book “A Fever in the Heartland: The Ku Klux Klan’s Plot to Take Over America, and the Woman Who Stopped Them.”

St. Louis County Library will host a Community Autism Expo on Saturday, April 15 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Parkview Branch. The Expo will provide information for families with children on the autism spectrum. Representatives from area organizations will be on hand to discuss their services, and library staff will share resources available at the library. The Expo is free and open to the public.
