Free Narcan Kits | St. Louis County Library

Holiday Hours

All locations will be closing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27 and remain closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 in observance of Thanksgiving.

St. Louis County Library and the St. Louis County Department of Public Health are providing free Narcan kits at 5 SLCL branches. The program will expand to all 20 library locations by the end of 2023. A press conference was held on August 31, International Overdose Awareness Day, to announce the availability of the kits and the expansion.
