St. Louis County Library invites you to join us on a family reading adventure! Explore-a-story is an interactive experience that offers participants the chance to visit unique St. Louis County sights while discovering new book titles. The program starts April 1 and runs through May 31.

This year’s Explore-a-Story challenge includes 8 unique sites in St. Louis County including Animal Farm at Suson Park, Columbia Bottom Conservation Area, Pershall Park Mural and the Three Stacked Chairs Sculpture. Each site is paired with a book that relates to the theme of the location. Participants who visit four Explore-a-Story sites will be entered in an electronic raffle for a St. Louis Union Station Attractions gift card.

Explore-a-Story passports are available at any SLCL branch. Participants can use the passport to check off each location visited, or record their progress online at slcl.beanstack.org

A full list of Explore-a-Story sites is online at www.slcl.org/explore-a-story. Participants are encouraged to tag the library with the #exploreastory on social media to share your photos.

Media inquiries should be directed to Jennifer McBride, SLCL Communications Manager at 314-994-3300 ext 2250 or jmcbride@slcl.org
