Eye Thrive Visits

Eye Thrive will offer free eye exams and glasses at two SLCL locations this summer. Any child age 4-18 is eligible. Capacity is limited. Reservations for exam appointments will be taken until 10:30 AM. Exams will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. A parental consent form must be completed prior to the eye exam.
