Where can I register to vote?
You can pick up a registration form at any St. Louis County Library branch or bookmobile.
What if someone changes his or her name?
If there is a legal name change, you can notify the Election board by stopping in at any St. Louis County Library branch or bookmobile and filling out a new registration form. A person may vote only one time under a previous name.
What if someone moves?
You can change your voting address by stopping in at any St. Louis County Library branch or bookmobile. The Election Board needs your change of address by the 4th wednesday before an election to ensure that you receive a postcard notification of your polling place and that you are listed in the polling place binder. If you did not notify the Board of your address change, you need to call the Board of Elections to determine your new polling place.

Election Day Information
How will I know when elections are being held in my area?
One week before each election, the St. Louis County Board of Elections will mail you a postcard giving the date of the election, the address of your polling place and the names of registered voters in your household.
What time do the polls open?
You polling place will open promptly at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
Special Services for Those with Physical Disabilities
What has the St. Louis County Election Board done to make voting easier for those with physical disabilities?
More than three fourths of the polling places are handicapped accessible and all locations have been supplied with one vote recorder seven inches below standard height to accommodate a wheelchair. If you would like to use your own polling place but are unable to leave your car, a bi-partisan team of election officials will bring a vote recorder out to you.

Office Hours
What are the Election Board's Office Hours?
Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. In addition, they are also open between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. for the two Saturdays
preceding a countrywide election and one Saturday before smaller elections.
