How do I Get a Library Card?
Stop by any St. Louis County Library Branch and furnish identification (such as a driver's license) showing name, current address of the applicant. Library cards are free to those who live in or pay taxes to these Library Districts: (St. Louis County Library has reciprocal lending agreements with these libraries)

- Ferguson Public Library
- Kirkwood Public Library
- Maplewood Public Library
- Richmond Heights Public Library
- Rock Hill Public Library
- St. Charles City-County Library
- St. Louis (City) Public Library
- University City Public Library
- Valley Park Public Library
- Webster Groves Public Library
A card is $50 per family, per year for anyone who lives outside St. Louis County, St. Louis City, or St. Charles County. (Certain exceptions apply.)
